In spring 2008, Cityguide started to produce film reports about cities. The first show was CITY BY CITY – introducing lifestyle highlights of 16 European cities, each presented with a short movie of six minutes duration. With this show, a visitor is able to determine the trendiest club, the restaurant featuring the most refined cuisine or the hotel with the maximum comfort before departure. After CITY BY CITY, a new show called CITYSPARK was launched – featuring the best of nightlife and gastronomy in 15 German cities. This show carried on the successful formula of the preceding production: The films are of short duration and absolutely concise and topical.

Further on, tourism companies such as Zurich Tourism became aware of CITYGUIDE. Their special interest in CITYGUIDE concerns tailor-made, multilingual and audiovisual content for their websites. Together with Zurich Tourism, CITYGUIDE has produced several movies in different languages.

Since November 2008, CITYGUIDE provides M-Travel (former Hotelplan) with two city portraits every month. For every city, CITYGUIDE produces a CITYSPARK-movie (approximately 4–5 minutes on sights and nightlife) and a CITYTEASER-movie (about 70 seconds of sightseeing) – both in French and German. The cooperation contains 35 destinations in Europe as well as New York and lasts until spring 2010.
